Teas for Mental Focus ☕💭

Green tea is my ride-or-die when I need to wake up but don’t want the coffee jitters. It’s got just enough caffeine to perk me up but also contains L-theanine, which somehow works magic by keeping me focused and calm at the same time. It’s like getting a pep talk and a shoulder rub in one cup.
🌿 Peppermint Tea – The Brain Refresher
Ever feel like your brain just needs a breath of fresh air? That’s what peppermint tea does for me. It’s cool, crisp, and kind of wakes up my senses in a way that makes thinking easier. Bonus: Even just smelling it has been shown to improve memory. So yeah, I’ll take a big inhale before every sip.
🍃 Ginkgo Biloba – The Memory Booster
Ginkgo biloba is one of those ancient herbs that people have been using forever, and I totally get why. It helps with blood flow to the brain, which can support memory and concentration. I won’t say it turns me into a genius overnight, but on days when my brain feels foggy, it’s a nice little boost.

This is my recipe for my ENERGY wellness shot:
Small handful of parsley
1/2 small bunch of kale
1 lemon
1-inch piece of ginger
1 green apple
I run everything through my juicer for a smooth, refreshing shot, but if you don’t have one, you can blend it up and strain it. Either way, it’s a simple way to give your body a fresh start in the morning.
